RUINART HOTEL

Hotel 1729  was a concept hotel dreamt up by the team at Hingston Studio for Ruinart Moet Hennessy. They approached me to collaborate on the internal installation. The suspended chalk installation created in consisting of 145 individual rocks, the final piece extends the entire length of the lower ground space and above the dining area.

As part of the two week event Bo Lindegaard to create a unique dining concept – bringing taste, sight, sound and texture together into one multi-sensory space. We took  details of Bo’s incredible hand drawn menu and had them carved into a three metre long solid oak table top that formed one of the centre pieces to the dining experience.
